Kids’ Time Fair abounded with surprising novelties and premiere presentations. The child products and services business sector is also held in autumn in Qatar.

Over 5,000 visitors from several countries worldwide came to Kielce for the 14th International Fair of Toys and Products for Mother and Child KIDS ‘TIME. The children’s industry-focused Expo witnessed the signing of the cooperation agreement between Targi Kielce and the Dar Al-Sharq group. Targi Kielce is the organiser of the autumn 2024 Kids Expo Expo in Qatar and other trade shows held in the main Qatari centre – the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center and neighbouring countries (United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia).

A plethora of premieres and new products for the children’s industry at Targi Kielce

Among nearly 300 exhibitors who presented their products, there were many Polish and foreign producers and distributors of toys, games, clothes, stationery and educational products, furniture and equipment for children. The exhibitors fellowship included  Marko – Strategic Partner of the Kids’ Time Expo. Pram and stroller companies showcased many new products and premieres; the Expo witnessed many more firms and products, compared to recent years’ shows. In addition to entirely new models, the expo guests could also see refreshed colour versions and products equipped with completely new fabrics. Debutants at the Kids’ Time Expo sign contracts with European distributors!

Companies presented their products at the Business Forum’s stage. The presenters’ panel included producers and distributors of balance bikes, children’s clothes and accessories, educational toys and books, and baby wraps. – The Kids’ Time is an ideal opportunity to meet prospective customers in one place in a short time – said Agata Kuciak from Greatland, a distributor of the Czech brand of FW Rider balance bikes. – The Kielce exhibition and congress centre and this event are the absolute TOP in Poland and Europe. She adds that our presence here allows us to establish cooperation with domestic and foreign clients.  – On the first day, we signed the distribution contract for our products, including one in Moldova – said Iryna Artemchuk from Nena Bebe. – That’s what this event has been created for. Business relationship development and contract conclusion with customers from all over the world are the essence of the expo. The annual Kids’ Time hosts a whole array of visitors  – added the president of Targi Kielce,  Andrzej Mochoń PhD. 

Kids’ Time is heading for Doha!

Mutual promotion, joint expo organisation in Poland and Qatar and arrangement of trade missions of producers and buyers from Poland and the State of Qatar; are the most contractual provisions of the agreement signed by the president of Targi Kielce, Andrzej Mochoń PhD. and the managing director of Dar Al-Sharq, Eizeldin Abdelrahman. Under the agreement, Targi Kielce will host companies from the Gulf Region. Targi Kielce can also offer Kids’ Time exhibitors a chance to attend Qatar shows. – We commence the cooperation with an important expo organiser based in Qatar. Kids’ Time marks the beginning. We want our expos to host exhibitors from the Gulf and to create conditions for Polish companies to exhibit at Qatar shows – said the president of Targi Kielce, Doctor Andrzej Mochoń.

Experts’ opinions – industry authorities join the Business Forum

For three days, the Kids’ Time expo agenda was packed – the stage was where Polish and foreign experts delivered an abundance of lectures. They joined the Business Forum to discuss many topics related the toy market analysis, current trends in the children’s products sector, and legal and licensing issues. This year, the speakers’ list included  Paweł Szmidt from RMD Research, who presented the latest report on the toy market in Poland. An extensive group of foreign experts related to Licensing Magazine raised issues related to the role of Eastern European markets in the context of intellectual property protection in the children’s industry.

The Hosted Buyers program – a part of the international business space

The Kids’ Time expo – much more than a place to present the latest products. The  Expos has always been a true global business platform where producers, distributors and entrepreneurs from the children’s sector from around the world meet to share knowledge experiences and present the latest trends. The Hosted Buyers program was introduced last year and it facilitates the establishment of valuable business relationships  between foreign industry representatives and exhibitors who present a wide range of products.

The fourteenth Kids’ Time fair gathered 300 exhibitors, including 64 foreign ones from 17 countries and 5.5 thousand visitors representing 47 countries. Business talks and contracting dominated the expo stands.

The next meeting will be held on 25-27 February 2025 at Targi Kielce!
